Hon. Patrick Boamah donates to the Christian Council
The Member of Parliament for Okaikwei Central, Hon. Patrick Yaw Boamah, has donated 1,000 packs of water and an undisclosed amount of money to the Christian Council of Ghana in support of its activities.
During the presentation, Patrick Boamah stated that the gesture was in line with the spirit of giving and sharing associated with what Christ did for humanity.
Receiving the items on behalf of the Council, its Chairman, Dr. Hilliard Dela Dogbe, expressed appreciation for the donation and acknowledged its significance.
He emphasised the importance of community support during religious observances.
The Secretary for Programmes at the Salvation Army Ghana Territory, Lt. Col. Justice Isaac Incoom, in his comments described as “historic” a generous gesture by the Member of Parliament to the Christian Council of Ghana and urged others to emulate him.

In view of that, it works to ensure that there is respect for fundamental human right which includes the right to live, the right to education, the right to free speech and the right to movement with the view of ensuring peace.
